Wait for a number of replicas to acknowledge preceding writes.
Syntax
WAIT replicas timeout
replicas is the required acknowledgment count; timeout is in milliseconds, with zero waiting indefinitely. The returned count can fall short on timeout; preceding writes are not rolled back.
